Jennifer received her Honours Bachelor degree in Kinesiology HBKin with a minor in Gerontolgy in 1996 from Lakehead University. She then went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy BSc PT from the University of Toronto in 2000. Upon completion of her degree she went on to continue her studies in Manual therapy. In recent years, Jennifer has furthered her education in the area of pelvic health. After the birth of her children, she had a special interest in helping women with pre-natal and post-partum care. She has been trained to use internal and external manual techniques to assess and treat the pelvic floor. Jennifer uses a wholistic approach to the pelvic floor but treating the whole body and all the areas that can affect the pelvic floor. In her free time Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their black lab Vader. You will often find Jen at the hockey rink, soccer field or in high park walking in the woods with Vader.

Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Stephanie completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Lakehead University before earning her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University. Since graduating in 2003, she has worked in both public and private healthcare settings, consistently delivering treatment tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Dedicated to ongoing professional development, Stephanie has completed a wide range of continuing education courses and is currently working toward certification in both the McKenzie Method and Stecco Myofascial Manipulation.

With a diverse athletic background, Stephanie spent her summers playing soccer and her winters officiating ringette—ultimately achieving the rank of national official with Ringette Canada. These days, she enjoys weightlifting and is currently focused on perfecting her handstand.

Stephanie believes strongly in the importance of balancing work and play as a foundation for maintaining both physical and mental well-being.
